(We are unable to accept reservations for 1 guest.) ▶ For cancellations or reductions in the number of guests, 100% of the course fee will be charged starting 3 days prior to the reservation date. For reservations made by overseas guests, 100% of the course fee will be charged starting 5 days prior to the reservation date. ▶ The deposit collected at the time of reservation will only be charged in the event of a violation of our cancellation policy. After your visit, the deposit will be refunded through TableCheck. Please note that the course fee and any food or beverage charges must be paid at the restaurant on the day of your visit. ▶ Seating is divided into two sessions: First seating: 6:00 PM Second seating: 8:30 PM All guests in each seating will begin the course at the same time, so please be sure to arrive on time. ▶ If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time has passed, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. We use different rice vinegar and red vinegar rice balls depending on the ingredients. Both types of rice are well made and very tasty. The ingredients are of a high level, and the tuna and mayamayuki are excellent. The sea urchin is prepared with a lot of time and effort, including removing the sea urchin from its shell and adjusting the moisture content by themselves. The balance of seafood from Hokkaido and the rest of the country is also excellent, and all 13 pieces are surprisingly tasty.
