The 'Sukuna Pumpkin Three-Star Pudding' is made using the traditional Hida Takayama vegetable 'Sukuna pumpkin', Hida-produced eggs, Hida milk, and plenty of local ingredients. It features the natural sweetness and rich flavor of pureed pumpkin, with a smooth texture. Since it contains no additives, you can enjoy the true taste of the ingredients. It pairs perfectly with rich black syrup. Made with care, it is baked in the oven every day in limited quantities. This special dessert is packed with the blessings of Hida's nature, perfect as a souvenir. - Rich and mellow black syrup enhances the natural sweetness of the Sukuna pumpkin. - Rich yet light on the palate, it is carefully baked every morning. - Pumpkin puree seasoned with salt and pepper creates a wonderfully unique collaboration with the pudding.
