The particularly popular 'Bijin Okayu' is a creamy porridge simmered with soy milk and various extracts, making it a gentle dish for the body. Additionally, the cafe offers a rich experience for visitors through various activities such as accessory exhibitions and cooking classes.

Bijin porridge was a Japanese-inspired porridge with a reduced taste of soy milk. Black sesame and salted kelp are available for those who feel the taste is too weak, and can be adjusted according to personal preference. The amount of rice porridge was just right for women and left me feeling satisfied. I was impressed by the owner's enthusiasm and passion and look forward to the future growth of Cafe Chako. I look forward to more of their other menu items as well as their beautiful porridge.
