Ramen bar in Matsuyama🍜🍸✨ First visit to Nishiki Iwamoto: 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️ When I entered the bar, I was greeted by a bar master? A ramen bar owner? A guy who looked like a ramen shop owner showed me to the counter and told me a lot about the place since it was my first time. 💁‍♂️ The most popular ramen is the salt ramen with sea bream, but the owner's top recommendation is the shoyu ramen with Ehikko jidori chicken (Ehime chicken). While Ehikko Jidori chicken was hard to come by, the salt ramen with sea bream became very popular. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 I decided to try both, I ordered both 🛎✨ With ajitama topping, of course 👍! The result was that they were both 😋💯🥇! But my personal preference would be the Ehikko Chicken Shoyu Ramen 🤔. I had the owner's recommendation of adding white rice to finish it off, Zosui (rice porridge). I think I would have preferred salt for the zosui 😂. They added truffle salt only for people at the counter 😂‼️ The owner was easy to talk to and a lot of fun👍
