Salad of dried tofu with a fragrant sauce of century egg, cold jellyfish, steamed Mio chicken with scallion soy sauce, Mio chicken with drooling sauce, a selection of 7 types of appetizers. *Reservation required. Perfect for pairing with drinks!
Three types of steamed dim sum. Orders start from 2 plates. Two steamed buns (Huajuan). Fried steamed buns are available by reservation only.
Stir-fried domestic greens with garlic, shrimp in chili sauce, special spicy oil and Sichuan pepper oil used in wooden box mapo tofu, stir-fried domestic scallops with fermented chili, fluffy shrimp and egg stir-fry using Nagoya Cochin eggs, stir-fried brand black wagyu beef with oyster sauce, stir-fried squid (may not be available due to price increases), and oil-drenched chicken made with Miou chicken.
Amber special dandan noodles with a light salt soup made from Shinjiko Lake clams, topped with a generous mix of shrimp, scallops, char siu, and vegetables, along with luxurious amber fried rice with char siu.
Braised whole domestic shark fin (serves 2-4 people). *Please order early as it takes time to prepare. Domestic shark fin with sauce on crispy rice, domestic shark fin with sauce baked in a clay pot, domestic shark fin thick soup noodles, thick soup with shark fin and snow crab.
