Delicious sushi with a friendly and interesting owner I was curious about this sushi restaurant in the middle of Kabukicho. The restaurant just opened in March of this year, so the interior is very beautiful. The owner said he only offers a "leave it to me" course, so I decided to go with that. It started with the first soup of clam, followed by nigiri and snacks in a random format. The fat of the medium fatty tuna was just right, and I was already happy from the very first bite! The sushi is served with red or white vinegar depending on the type of fish, The rice is small, so you can eat it easily. The yellowtail radish was served as follows. yellowtail sashimi with grated radish! I was impressed by this way of serving! I was impressed. The sweetness of the fatty yellowtail and the refreshing taste of grated daikon balanced each other nicely. And then there was the Kabako crab! The texture of the outer and inner roe is different and enjoyable! The milt is creamy. A la carte dishes such as Negima skewers and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) are also very satisfying. The friendly owner is entertaining and delicious fun-loving! LOL! Private rooms as well as a counter are available for various occasions.

This is my second visit. This day also started with chutoro! If you put chutoro in a hungry state, you will be too happy to ascend to heaven. I loved the anglerfish marinated in miso and Nara-zuke, my favorite flavor that makes me want to drink more and more! Duck roast is juicy, elastic and delicious! Bamboo shoots remind me of spring. Glad I got to try the crab too! I was still impressed by the sea urchin! It was so good! They served it to us with a brush and soy sauce. They brush the sea urchin with soy sauce and serve it as it is or wrapped in nori (seaweed)! The taste of each sea urchin was totally different from the other. Oasis in Kabukicho (^q^) Sushi Sawa I didn't know there was such a delicious sushi restaurant in Shinjuku Kabukicho☆★ I had the omakase nigiri course for 12,000 yen (excluding tax), which is a very cost-effective 26-course meal. It was a wonderful sushi restaurant where you can enjoy sushi in peace and quiet, forgetting the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, while enjoying the taste, appearance and conversation of the owner, who is also very careful about hygiene.
