No need to share. Served one person at a time. No wheat gluten, 3 kinds of buckwheat flour, potato starch, rice flour, and tapioca flour. All-you-can-drink set or order drink first.
We don't use scientific seasonings or frozen foods in our restaurant. Don't you think such restaurants are becoming rare? We understand that natural taste is the best, but we dare to create non-traditional and authentic dishes. Make sure to take the broth and prepare it well. We remake the taste of our specialties, which cannot be served in a restaurant where the cosmetics are the signboard. Delicious
The only noodle kneaded with roasted buckwheat flour for a rich flavor. Because it is more resistant to heat than handmade soba, it is not suitable for zaru soba, so we do not serve zaru. Wasabi also does not go well with Zaru Soba. Even for handmade Soba, wasabi is not preferred because it interferes with the flavor. For galette, we offer a gluten-free yet chewy galette kneaded with rice cake flour, tapi, etc. Currently, the version 6.0 (****) is a refusal if it is not my job, because the Jyuwari galette can be easily made at home.
