The calm interior of the restaurant made me feel comfortable from the start. The large noren (fabric divider) caught my eye, and I felt excited even before entering. The skewers, including chicken breast, negima (chicken and green onion), seseri (neck meat), and hatsu (heart), were carefully grilled, and the aroma was irresistible. In particular, the liver was creamy and had a mild flavor, making it delicious enough to recommend even to those who usually dislike it. The chicken sashimi and vegetables also felt fresh, allowing me to enjoy the flavors of the season. There was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and the staff's attentiveness was thorough, making it easy to linger naturally.
