This is our restaurant's proud kamameshi made with ingredients such as wagyu and eel that are not commonly found elsewhere. We also offer kamameshi made with seasonal ingredients, so please be sure to try it at least once.

Our Mizutaki uses plenty of Kyoto Akajidori chicken, and the soup, simmered slowly with chicken bones, is rich and concentrated with the umami of chicken, yet has a smooth and gentle taste. For the finale, the luxurious truffle-topped zosui is an exquisite dish.
We also offer a luxurious rice porridge set topped with truffle for the finale. Please enjoy our water-boiled chicken to the last drop. *If you prefer without truffle, it is 600 yen (tax included).
Our shabu shabu features carefully selected cuts of Wagyu with a good balance of fat and lean meat. The vegetables that evoke the essence of Kyoto and our specially crafted broth enhance the umami flavor, resulting in a more delicious finish.
