Enjoy a variety of flavors in a relaxed bar

Cassava is a calm and inviting bar that remains beloved even after its relocation. The interior, with only counter seating, is quiet and comfortable, making it a place you’ll want to visit again and again. The dishes, served with warm hospitality, each possess a unique umami flavor and pair excellently with cocktails and bourbon. It’s the perfect spot to spend a special moment.

I was able to relax in a calm space with just a counter. The master's friendly demeanor was pleasant, and my mood lifted from the first drink. The corn tempura stood out with its sweetness enhanced by matcha salt and lemon, and it was crispy and fragrant. The pizza with crab miso on a crispy crust combined a delightful aroma and umami, making me smile involuntarily. The soft-shell shrimp and burdock root tempura also had a light batter, harmonizing the sweetness of the ingredients with the refreshing taste of lemon. The pairing of bourbon and tequila-based cocktails with the dishes was enjoyable, and the satisfaction continued until the end.
