This is a calm Japanese space located in the basement of a building close to Hakata Station. There are both counter and seating options, allowing you to leisurely enjoy Japanese cuisine. The dishes served in a course style are prepared efficiently, and the sashimi is cut with care, highlighting its freshness. Dishes such as eel steamed in a teapot, creative fried items, and cold simmered dishes follow, each with its own unique flair. The monkfish hot pot is rich in flavor and delicious, warming the body. The finishing touches of pork miso soup, pressed sushi with caviar and mentaiko, and even fugu rice porridge were all memorable in taste.
