This wine captures the carbon dioxide generated during fermentation in each bottle. Enjoy the gentle flavor and refreshing sparkle of Koshu grapes.
ALGARBLANCA ISSEHARA Variety: Koshu Cultivation Area: Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture Type: Dry (Specific Vineyard) We are committed to the principle that 'winemaking is grape growing,' reflecting the individuality of the terroir in our winemaking. This wine is made exclusively from Koshu grapes harvested from a single vineyard in the small area of Issehara. It has a floral aroma, refreshing acidity, and a subtle sweetness that create a well-balanced and unique character.
ALGARBLANCA PIPA Variety: Koshu Cultivation Area: Yamanashi Prefecture Type: Dry (Barrel Fermentation, Bottle Aging) Instead of adding sugar to the pressed juice, the sugar content is enhanced through the frozen juice method (freezing the juice, removing the ice, and concentrating it). Fermentation and storage are carried out in French oak barrels, and after bottling, it undergoes further aging. The rich fruitiness and barrel aroma create a soft taste that is pleasantly complex yet smooth, leaving a long finish.
ARUGA ALCACER DCXLI Variety: Merlot Cultivation Area: Yamanashi Prefecture Type: Full Body Selected Merlot grapes harvested from our own vineyards in Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, and Tetsuda Town, Okayama Prefecture, known for its limestone soil, were carefully fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. After that, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels and aged for 2 years, resulting in a well-balanced assemblage. Its rich fruitiness and soft tannins, along with its abundant aroma, will create an elegant moment.
Glass ¥1360 ARUGA RETIRO D CATAVENTO Variety: Muscat Bailey A Cultivation Area: Yamanashi Prefecture Type: Medium Body Our winery, which aims to create Japanese wine that resonates globally, has focused on the potential of the representative Japanese red wine grape variety Muscat Bailey A, registered with OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine) in 2013. We carefully fermented only fully ripe fruits with good coloration from the Hosaka area, located in the northwest of the Kofu Basin, from late September to early October, and aged them in French oak barrels for two years. Enjoy the balance of berry aromas, gentle acidity, soft tannins, and rich fruit flavors.

It has a gorgeous aroma, gentle acidity, and a hint of sweetness that are well-balanced, making it compatible not only with Western cuisine but also with Japanese dishes that use dashi.

It goes well with flavors that are often considered difficult to pair with wine, such as miso, soy sauce, and wasabi, allowing for a wide range of compatible dishes, making it suitable not only for Western cuisine but also for Japanese cuisine.
