Sitting in a calming space dominated by black, my expectations rise. The course takes the best of Chinese and French cuisine, with each dish offering surprises. The rich shark fin steak and white soup were so thick and flavorful that I couldn't help but exclaim. The flavor of the seafood in the Hatoshi and the whiskey-marinated Shanghai crab are unforgettable tastes. After a refreshing granita to cleanse the palate, the black wagyu beef that appeared was incredibly juicy and harmonized perfectly with the sauce. Throughout the meal, the chef's creative ideas were evident, leaving a long-lasting sense of happiness.
