This hearty course includes a special 3-tier appetizer, sashimi, fried dish, shabu-shabu, and a finale. Sayama Cherry Pork has a firm sweetness and rich flavor. We want you to enjoy the true flavor of the pork. We have created a Haribari-nabe style shabushabu shabu shabu with dashi broth. You can also enjoy a different flavor with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice).

This risotto is made with four types of cheese: Camembert, Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Gorgonzola, baked hot on a stone. Cheese lovers should definitely try it, as it can be enjoyed as a main dish or a snack.
