Ghent's signature dish! This is a recommended plan where you can enjoy juicy "Rotisserie Chicken" grilled in a special rotisserie machine. Of course, all you can drink is included (5 kinds of recommended Belgian beer on tap, cocktails, highballs, wine by the glass, and several soft drinks). You can enjoy it in the restaurant which is a reproduction of an actual beer pub! Seating is for 2 hours, last order 30 minutes before. (Reservations must be made by the day before.)
This is a luxurious course that allows you to enjoy Belgian specialties such as rotisserie chicken made from Japanese whole chickens. Of course, all-you-can-drink is included (3 types of Belgian beer including Hugarden White, cocktails, highballs, wine by the glass, and several soft drinks)! Please enjoy the restaurant surrounded by Belgian antiques! Last order for drinks is 30 minutes prior to the start of the course.

Rotisserie cooking, which originated in Europe (French: rotisserie), means 'roast specialty shop' in French. Rotisserie chicken is a whole chicken seasoned with herbs and spices, roasted using a specialized oven. In Ghent, the chicken is marinated for a whole day in a chef's original marinade made with plenty of herbs and spices, allowing the flavors to penetrate. After that, it is slowly roasted at low temperatures while being rotated in the specialized oven, which allows excess fat to drip off, resulting in crispy skin and very tender meat. Please enjoy our special rotisserie chicken, infused with the aroma of Europe. Please note that it is prepared after receiving your order, so it will take about 30 minutes to serve.
