Rotisserie cooking, which originated in Europe (French: rotisserie), means 'roast specialty shop' in French. Rotisserie chicken is a whole chicken seasoned with herbs and spices, roasted using a specialized oven. In Ghent, the chicken is marinated for a whole day in a chef's original marinade made with plenty of herbs and spices, allowing the flavors to penetrate. After that, it is slowly roasted at low temperatures while being rotated in the specialized oven, which allows excess fat to drip off, resulting in crispy skin and very tender meat. Please enjoy our special rotisserie chicken, infused with the aroma of Europe. Please note that it is prepared after receiving your order, so it will take about 30 minutes to serve. Thank you for your understanding.
