Vegetables take center stage in this vegetable hot pot dish, which features a wide variety of vegetables, especially Kyoto's local vegetables. This winter-only menu, which includes a beautiful (beppin) salad and Kyoto vegetables sticks, was created in response to requests from customers who wanted to eat vegetables close at hand.
