This is a deep shop located around Shinsui, with a modest entrance but surprisingly many seats inside. There are table seats, making it easy to use. The lineup of sake is very rich, and I get excited to encounter brands I've never seen before. You can enjoy everything from refreshing types to those with a wide aroma, making it fun to compare drinks. Of course, the signature dish, simmered offal, is delicious, and the char siu platter and garlic tomatoes were also tasty. The atmosphere is casual, and it's notable that smoking is allowed inside.
