I went to a hidden obanzai restaurant run by sisters. Every dish made by the older sister shines with creativity, and I feel happiness with every bite. The beef tripe tossed in chili oil, in particular, has a sharp spiciness and deep umami that makes it addictive. The potato salad made with taro has a sticky texture combined with the smoky aroma of iburi gakko, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks. The highball made by the younger sister is surprisingly smooth, and I was moved every time I took a sip. It was a thoroughly satisfying time enjoying delicious food and drinks in a pleasant atmosphere.

It's a hidden gem located on a high floor of a building, and from the moment you open the door, you feel excited. The place is run by sisters, and the older sister's cooking skills and the younger sister's highball are the best. The signature tonteki (pork steak) is complemented by a rich demi-glace sauce that enhances the tenderness of the pork loin, making it truly irresistible. When combined with rice and a soft-boiled egg, the aroma of the dashi soy sauce spreads happiness. It's so popular that the counter turns over quickly, but there's also a relaxed atmosphere that makes it comfortable. With delicious food and drinks, both my stomach and heart were satisfied, and I was very pleased.
