Please choose one type of meat from Fire Country Pork Belly, Fire Country Pork Loin, Domestic Skin-On Belly, or Jar-Pickled Salted Miso Belly. Our homemade sauce is a unique blend of Korean miso and domestic mixed miso, using plenty of vegetables for a flavor exclusive to our restaurant.
Only carefully selected offal is used. The sweetness of the fat and the bouncy texture are proof of freshness. The secret soup is a soy sauce-based original motsunabe style. It starts light and ends rich, creating an addictive flavor.
