I was able to relax in a private room, and the calm atmosphere was very pleasant. The sashimi was exceptionally fresh, and the fragrant wasabi greatly enhanced the flavor of the ingredients. The nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) and matsuba crab had plump flesh, and both boiled and raw preparations allowed me to enjoy their respective qualities. They provide soy sauce with different aging processes, so I could appreciate the differences in taste. The clam soup, handmade soba, white rice, and pickles were all prepared with care, ensuring satisfaction even at the end of the meal. It pairs well with sake and local beer, making it a wonderful restaurant.
