Oyakodon is a traditional Japanese dish consisting of chicken and beaten eggs cooked together in a sweet and savory sauce, served over a bowl of steamed rice.
Unlike the usual Oyakodon, this dish uses 1.5 times the amount of premium brand chicken 'Soshu Furushiro Chicken' and the highest grade eggs 'Ou Tamago' from 'Toyomichi no Tamago'. The dish is finished by topping it with a raw 'Ou Tamago' after lightly cooking the eggs.
