Using rice... Domestic rice production area... A junmai sake that combines the deliciousness of rice from Kochi Prefecture with a crisp finish. The aroma is modest, with a unique acidity characteristic of Drunken Whale, offering a broad yet sharp flavor.
Rice used... Chiyonishiki from Fukushima Prefecture... Awarded 1st place in the sake category at the IWC (International Wine Challenge) in Japan. A gentle aroma and deep umami characteristic of junmai sake. A taste that does not become monotonous.
Rice used... Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku from Ishikawa Prefecture. A gentle and beautiful aroma. A slight acidity gives a smart impression with a dry taste. A refreshing and smooth junmai ginjo suitable for pairing with food.
Rice used... Produced in Miyagi Prefecture, the rice is from the Kuranohana variety... Separated from the Urakasumi ginjo moromi around 1965 in Miyagi Prefecture, it uses the 'Kyokai No. 12 yeast' registered later with the Japan Brewing Association. This junmai ginjo sake is characterized by a refreshing aroma, pleasant acidity, and a clean finish.
Rice used... Yuki Megami produced in Yamagata Prefecture, cultivated under strict management, is used for this Junmai Daiginjo. It has a rich ginjo aroma and a refined taste with a fragrant and transparent quality.
