From classic cold dishes to paella, you can enjoy the full range of Boquerona's cuisine.
Three types each of red and white, one type of rosé, and one type of sparkling wine. The lineup is frequently updated.
Organic cava made from Catalonia's Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grapes, grown naturally without the use of pesticides or chemicals. It has a pure and gentle softness that seeps into the palate. The flavor is refreshing with a subtle umami that blends seamlessly.
A Catalan blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Sumoll imported from Terra Vella organic estate grapes. Hand-harvested. A leading producer in the Catalan natural wine movement. It has a solid ripeness, rich in terroir-derived minerals, and a complex flavor profile without any heaviness. Secondary fermentation in the bottle using the Champagne method.
White Cuenca Chardonnay imported with fresh and clean apple aroma and lively acidity. A refreshing and light Chardonnay.
White Castilla y Leon Verdejo imported from Umineko winery, grown in sandy, limestone soil covered with small stones, from vines aged 20 to 30 years, in a biodynamic farming plot. Shiny straw color. Ripe peach. Baked goods and baked apple. The mouthfeel is rich, and the finish is long.
White wine, orange, Conca de Barberà Macabeo imported from Dioni, 57 years old Macabeo aged for 5 days in maceration. Aroma of apple tea. Bright pale orange color. Yellow peach and citrus peel. After a generous fruitiness in the attack, there is a slight bitterness.
White Cadiz Palomino imported, made from grapes of ancient trees over 80 years old from Terra Vela. A white wine produced by a family-run producer that makes natural sherry. Fermented in sherry casks. Rich in minerals and saltiness. Very full-bodied. A unique and wonderful bottle.
White Andalusian Chardonnay. Imported Chardonnay harvested at an altitude of 1300m in Vinaioota. Fermented and aged. Mineral and floral aromas. A classic delicious Chardonnay with a rich flavor, yet also featuring fruity notes reminiscent of young apples and fresh acidity.
Red Valencia Merlot and other imported Umineko brewed with firm tannins and black fruit notes. Aroma of spices like clove.
Red Cuenca Tempranillo imported with fresh cherries and cranberries. Sweet tannins and fresh acidity spread in the mouth.
Red Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero, imported. A masculine and powerful Tempranillo. Rich with a solid low center of gravity. Notes of black fruits, dried apricots, and coffee.
Red Grenache Tempranillo Imported. A lively and juicy Tempranillo. The subtle presence of volatile acidity creates a wonderful drinking experience. It has a lightness that is hard to believe at 14% alcohol.
Red Penedes Monastrell imported from Uminako Brewery, slightly cloudy cherry red. The palate is fresh and transparent with sweet and sour fruits like freshly picked cherries and cranberries. Aromas of refreshing spices like white pepper and cardamom. A lingering finish with a refreshing herbal note.
Red Trotin Tade Tro (Tempranillo) imported from Teravelle. Since 1998, Telmo has been working with traditional producers to recreate the classic wines of Toro. A powerful wine that expresses the essence of the Toro region, made using only the best grapes. Rich and full-bodied fruit flavors. A rare wine that is balanced at a high level.
We also have various bottled wines that are not included in the permanent wine list (generally focusing on bottles priced at 6000 yen and above). If you have preferences, please consult with us, and we will provide guidance each time.
We offer more than 20 types of glasses starting from 770 yen. These are local wines produced around the city of Jerez in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia, in southwestern Spain. It is a fortified wine made from white wine with a slightly increased alcohol content. It is drier and crisper than white wines known as Fino or Manzanilla. There are also rich and aromatic dry wines known as Amontillado and Oloroso, which are oxidatively aged. Additionally, we have sweet wines made from dried grapes known as Moscatel and Pedro Ximénez, suitable for after meals. We always have about 20 types available by the glass.
