The rice shop 'Omusubi' is thoroughly particular about rice - the rice that Omusubi is particular about - the rice at Omusubi is sourced directly from a rice shop, and we procure delicious rice every month, cooking it all at once in an earthen pot to provide fluffy, perfectly cooked rice.
