Offered only during the summer season, the 'Chilled Soup with Horse Mackerel' features a refreshing taste that condenses the umami of fresh horse mackerel. The horse mackerel soaked in the cold soup is plump with a pleasant elasticity. With each bite, the flavor of sesame sauce and the refreshing umami of fish broth spread throughout the mouth, making it a perfect dish for the hot summer. Additionally, the small dish menu that changes with the seasons is also popular, allowing you to fully enjoy seasonal ingredients.
We use high-quality domestic duck meat and grill it carefully over charcoal. The plump and juicy duck tsukune is full of fragrance and umami, making it irresistibly delicious. Grilling it over charcoal enhances the meat's umami and the charcoal's fragrance, allowing you to enjoy a flavorful taste. It is popular as a side dish for alcohol, especially with sake.
Our monthly changing mixed rice offers a different flavor and taste each time using seasonal ingredients. In August, we feature mixed rice with sweetfish, where fragrant sweetfish grilled over charcoal is confit and then cooked together with rice, creating a special dish with attention to detail. The richness of sweetfish flavor permeates the rice, achieving an exquisite taste. With each bite, you will feel the heartwarming deliciousness spreading. In September, we offer mixed rice with autumn salmon and salmon roe.
