EAT Original We use Japanese black beef instead of chicken. Beef tendon is tender and full of collagen after being stewed slowly for half a day to remove scum and oil! The soup is also full of the delicious flavor of Japanese black wagyu beef. Cheese, Korean chili peppers, Korean miso, plenty of vegetables, stimulant effect, good skin, relieving fatigue, etc.
