Our restaurant, the original Sichuan hot pot establishment in the Nagoya area, has been preserving traditional flavors for 10 years. We use a base that has been simmered for a whole day with about 60 types of ingredients and 15 young chickens. The base also includes medicinal herbs like goji berries and jujubes, which help to stimulate digestive function.

Both use a base simmered for a whole day with about 60 types of ingredients and 15 young chickens.
