Due to our unique contract with a family-run winery in the Côte des Bar region of France, this rare Champagne can only be enjoyed at our establishment in Japan. It possesses both strength and delicacy, with subtle aromas of white peach and apricot, and when tasted, it leaves a fresh and vibrant fruitiness that is impressive, along with an elegant finish.
The vintage, made only in good years, offers a taste reminiscent of apple honey due to aging, along with dried fruits, marmalade, and a hint of spiciness, complexity, and astonishing depth.
