The Nishiki Chicken, a brand chicken that Aichi Prefecture is proud of, is characterized by its surprisingly tender and finely textured meat. Raised healthily on a unique feed that includes wood vinegar, it has no distinctive chicken odor, allowing a clear richness and natural sweetness to emerge with each bite. The skin is thin and juicy, yet the aftertaste is light. Please enjoy the flavor enhanced by our special salt koji.

It pairs perfectly with beer and highballs, and we also have Kyushu shochu available, so enjoy it with your favorite drink.
With a thin skin and low fat, it has a wonderfully tender texture and rich flavor!
