The set meals have a wide variety of dishes, including sashimi, grilled fish, simmered dishes, vinegared dishes, salad, and chawanmushi, which is satisfying. The sashimi is fresh, and the quality of the ingredients is clearly conveyed. The clear soup has a clean taste and a refreshing aftertaste. It's nice that it's quiet and allows you to savor your meal slowly.
