A course to enjoy the meat until the end! My long-cherished wish to visit Koumono Tokyo! I had always wanted to come to this restaurant after seeing it on Instagram. I ordered the must-have course (5,980 yen)! Edamame no surinagashi Powder salad The salad was topped with grated yam, my favorite! I love it! The dressing is quite good too. One Spoon of Oysters The oysters are so delicious with the injection of truffle oil, Royal Yukke I really wanted to eat yukke, so I ordered more. Too bad they were out of kelp yukke! Shabu-shabu style in tomato broth The refreshing taste of tomatoes and fatty meat go very well together! Wagyu Beef Aburi-Sushi Almost raw meat makes me happy! The famous "wonderful sandwich"! Sirloin meat is sandwiched between bread cooked on a griddle and tastes great with mustard. As the name suggests, too nice and delicious. Wagyu beef steak! Of course it was delicious! The plate is engraved with the word "meat", amazing... lol! The famous "Fuwayaki" (fluffy pancake)! As the name suggests, it was fluffy! I saw that there were plenty of yams! Kinshicho Koumono Tokyo I've been waiting for a long time to visit Koumono Tokyo! I had seen this restaurant on Instagram and always wanted to come here. I had a special course. These oysters, The truffle oil made them so delicious that I couldn't believe it, I love the powdered salad with grated yam! I love it! I really wanted to try the yukke, so I ordered more. Too bad they were out of kelp yukke! Shabu-shabu style with tomato broth Wagyu Beef Aburi-Sushi The beef was almost raw, which made me happy! The famous wonderful sandwiches! Sirloin meat is sandwiched between bread cooked on a griddle and tastes great with mustard. As the name suggests, it is too nice and delicious. The wagyu steak was of course delicious as well!
