We met at Kitashinchi and were served here. In addition to sushi, the restaurant offers a wide selection of entrée menus, giving us a wide range of choices for a Japanese restaurant. The accompanying mussels, yuba (bean curd) and boiled rice were a lovely size, smooth to the touch and very tasty. The squid ito-zukuri was accented with a quail egg and ginger and had a cooling texture. The fried fugu was crispy, hot inside, and had a hearty gelatinous quality. The interior of the restaurant was well aged and the atmosphere was lovely. I would definitely like to try other dishes. Thank you very much for the meal.
