We are proud of our sashimi platter, which is carefully selected by our owner on that day. Of course, it is meaningless if you do not like the ingredients in the first place. In that case, please let us know at least one day in advance and we will do our best to remove it. If you let us know the fish you would like to have, we may be able to prepare it for you. We use only the finest fish among those carefully selected by our owner's connoisseurship of the day. If there is any fish you would like to order, please contact us as soon as possible.
