Enjoy charcoal-grilled chicken in a Showa retro atmosphere

Established 23 years ago, Tori Fuku is a renowned charcoal-grilled chicken restaurant located in the heart of Matsuyama. The Showa retro space is inviting and perfect for solo diners, making it a comfortable spot to visit. The charcoal-grilled Awa-odori chicken is exceptional, and the incredibly fresh grilled white liver is also highly recommended. Enjoy exquisite yakitori at this warm and welcoming establishment run by a friendly owner.

Enasan Junmai Ginjo Gifu Prefecture 1 Go

Enasan has a calm, fruity ginjo aroma. It has a pleasant mouthfeel and a vibrant taste. The sweetness inherent in the rice is brought out, reminiscent of the clear streams of Nakatsugawa, with a light finish. This is a sake that allows you to enjoy the balance of taste and aroma.
