When you open the door to the underground, the warmth of wood and stylish lighting spread out, welcoming you with a counter that has only 8 seats. The creative dishes that combine Japanese and Italian cuisine highlight the inherent charm of the ingredients and are exciting. A dish of seared bonito paired with a lemon sauce fragrant with aonori had the perfect balance of refreshing acidity and umami. The crispy beef tongue katsu sandwich spreads a luxurious sense of happiness the moment it enters your mouth. The pasta with Kamakura tomatoes had chewy noodles with a sweet and tangy flavor that melted in, creating a deep taste. In this quiet town, I was able to spend a special time in a hidden adult retreat, and I am very satisfied.
