The main course is our specialty, "Wood-fired Steak." The meat is "Tottori Wagyu Beef Olean 55 Chateaubriand," raised stress-free in the wilderness of Daisen, Tottori. Tottori Prefecture Black Wagyu Olein 55, a rare beef with an annual shipment of less than 100 heads. This beef has over 55% oleic acid, possessing the same main component as olive oil, with a rich melt-in-the-mouth texture and flavor.
Sparkling, white, red (and depending on the occasion, rosé and orange) wines from various regions, mainly Italy, France, and America. Glass wine from 2,200 yen to 4,400 yen. Bottle wine from 13,200 yen. Wine corkage fee is 6,600 yen per bottle.

[Yagō] A blend of sake rice [Yamada Nishiki] harvested in Yagō at the foot of Oyama. A harmonious match of fruity and spicy aromas with sweetness. [Barley Wine] A special beer aged for a long time.
