This Korean restaurant is located along Akasaka Misuzu Street, where you can enjoy authentic cold noodles. The restaurant is bright and clean, with table seating and private rooms available. The signature dish, "Bibin Cold Noodle" is made with handmade ultra-thin noodles and ice made from soup stock, and has a spicy yet delicious flavor that makes it an excellent dish. We also recommend the "Hangetang," which is full of collagen and has a gentle taste, and the elegant and spicy "Asazuke Kimchi.

I went to Akasaka on business and went straight to lunch. I visited Chongiwa a little after 11:30 a.m., the restaurant's opening time, and there was only one customer in front of me. After wanting to eat pure tofu, I decided to go for it... Pork Kalbi Chim (1000 yen) I was caught by the word "Kalbi"... I was looking for a spicy dish, but it was a little too sweet for the color. I thought I should have ordered the pure tofu as my first choice, but as I ate more and more of it, I gradually came to appreciate the taste! The pork ribs were so tender and tender that when you bite into them, the meat just falls off the bone, making the rice all the more appetizing. Vegetables include onion, shiitake mushroom, carrot, and cucumber. Just the presence of cucumbers in a one-pot dish adds to the authenticity of the dish. By the time we finished eating, the restaurant was almost full. It was delicious, but next time I want to try the pure tofu.

Assorted kimchi -> not sour, spicy and tasty Japchae -> normal Ganjanggaejang→See below Harami→6 slices for 3,500 yen, moderately expensive, but tasty in its own way Sorrontang→After the Ganjanggaejang, it was sweet and tasty. It had something like somen noodles in it. I didn't know how to eat Ganjanggaejang. I asked the waitress and she said "just eat it normally" lol. Tell me what that "normal" is! LOL! When I asked for brown rice, I got about 10% brown rice mixed with white rice, but a little more and I got crushed rice that looked like it might be a rice cake. When you order rice at a Korean restaurant, it comes out in a metal bowl, but I think it's too hot and too stupid.

Handmade cold noodles are highly recommended! The soup has a clear and elegant flavor, paired with firm, thin noodles. Despite being very thin, the noodles have a chewiness that makes them hard to bite through, and if you love noodles, you should definitely try them at least once. The soup is slightly mild, so you might want to add kimchi and mustard to taste.
