Omakase course using seasonal ingredients and selected meats. The main dish is a bone-in dry sirloin. The meat is made to a quality that is unique and rare. Please enjoy the aroma, the lingering taste, and the pleasant chewiness of the meat as it relaxes from its rigidity.
A sparkling clear drink. The aroma is very complex, with scents of green sansho leaves, crushed sansho berries, and root vegetables like burdock. The taste is very sharp with a clean finish. This is a unique Satsuma spirit that allows you to indulge in the fragrance of pesticide-free sansho.

Sudachi from Nishichi Foods, which operates a citrus orchard in Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture. The harvest and juicing of sudachi begins in early September, and there are only 2 or 3 days each year when the flavor of the juice is remarkably wonderful. We specially requested the juice from those two days to be used.
