When you sit at the counter, the staff greets you promptly, which feels great. The spicy tonkotsu ramen I ordered is surrounded by seaweed around the bowl, and it raises my spirits just by looking at it. The soup has a rich tonkotsu flavor with a subtle spiciness that pairs perfectly with the firm thin noodles. When I requested an extra serving of noodles, it arrived immediately, and as I separated and ate them, the aroma of the noodles became even more pronounced, bringing me happiness. The sesame mackerel rice has a tender marinated flesh, and the combination with the ramen is the best. Both the service and cooking are speedy, making it the perfect place to enjoy a quick and delicious bowl.
