Served on delicate yet rustic Vietnamese pottery, this tea porridge has a nostalgic atmosphere. Tea porridge is made with Ishizuchi black tea, which has been produced in Saijo, Ehime since the Edo period. When made into tea porridge, it is dyed the color of tea, fragrant, and has a light texture. Not only in the local area of Ishizuchi black tea, but also in China's Yunnan Province and Myanmar, where black tea has its roots, tea leaves are used to make soup and tea porridge.
