Using no flavoring agents, coloring agents, or acidity regulators from Kagoshima/Honbo Sake Brewery, we cherish the traditional natural taste. To bring out a more natural plum aroma and refreshing acidity, we increase the amount of pickled plums and add brandy and honey as accents, resulting in a soft, elegant, and rich sweetness.
A rich dark color typical of brown sugar brewing from Kagoshima/Honbo Sake Brewery, it offers an elegant and full-bodied aroma and sweetness, embodying the natural flavors of the tropics without added fragrances or colorings.
Carefully selected fully ripe 'Nanko Ume' from Fushimi/Kitagawa Honke in Wakayama Prefecture has been slowly infused into authentic rice shochu. The restrained sweetness and refreshing flavor make it perfect as a drink during meals.
