Adding a collagen pudding that is excellent for beauty and health to the pot, and bringing it to a quick boil, enhances the flavors of Daisen mochi pork, the chicken, and the sweetness of the vegetables. A sweet and spicy soup made with a generous amount of homemade miso and ground sesame in the broth of our proud white pot. When you boil fresh vegetables, Ooyama mochi pork, and game chicken in the pot, the special white pot is complete. Please enjoy the unique pot of Akatsuki.
The soup, based on the broth of the white pot, is prepared with Akatsuki's original 'Sichuan-style spicy sauce,' resulting in a strikingly vivid red. The ingredients are similar to those in the white pot, but this one is a dynamic hot pot that stimulates all five senses. As you eat while sweating, you will feel warmed from the core of your body after taking a moment to catch your breath.
A rich and sweet-spicy hot pot featuring our proud broth, homemade spicy miso, plenty of ground sesame, and bright red Korean chili pepper. The capsaicin, known for its sweating effects, warms you up from the core. The 'Ura Akai Nabe' has a perfect balance of spiciness from the red hot pot and sweetness from the miso. It's sure to be addictive!
The soup, made by adding homemade 'black sauce' to the exquisite broth of dawn, is so deep black that it seems to draw you in.
