At 'Seiniku Oroshi Gyousha Yazawa Meat', the head chef, who has learned meat selection, procurement, and butchering, and is well-versed in the intricacies of meat, offers the beloved dish 'tonkatsu' with no compromises on meat quality, freshness, or cooking. Just one bite of the freshly fried tonkatsu reveals the fluffy texture of the batter, the umami of the meat, its tenderness, and the sweetness of the fat spreading in your mouth. The meat used is the carefully selected Iwate Prefecture brand pork 'Iwanchu Pork'. The balance of lean meat and fat is excellent, and by cooking it slowly at low temperatures, we maximize the juiciness and tenderness while bringing out the inherent umami of the meat. Furthermore, the sauce, in addition to the classic tonkatsu sauce, elevates the flavor of this tonkatsu to new heights with our homemade ginger sauce.
