Nihonshu to Koryori Funaba

Due to the construction of the new 'Hachibankura', we were unable to brew sake at the usual time of year. Therefore, the Nanbu master brewer visited four breweries in the region to implement a collaboration project where each tank was brewed separately. Using the same sake rice, the same yeast, and the same polishing ratio (60%), each sake was crafted by utilizing the philosophy and techniques of each brewery, as well as the unique characteristics of their water. Please enjoy the differences in aroma, flavor, and umami.
