This course includes our signature Fukushima-Aizu horse sashimi, hearts sashimi, and motsu nabe. Our specialty is fresh horse sashimi from Fukushima, Tohoku, which is sent to us every morning from farmers without being frozen. The traditional way of eating horse sashimi in Aizu is to mix our special spicy garlic miso with soy sauce.
This course includes our famous Fukushima-Aizu horse sashimi three kinds and Kagoshima Kurobuta shabu shabu shabu, which is not on the grand menu. Our horse sashimi is fresh from Fukushima, Tohoku, because it is sent from farmers every morning without being frozen. The traditional way to eat horse sashimi in Aizu is to dip it in soy sauce with our special spicy garlic miso. The all-you-can-drink menu includes Kagoshima's famous shochu and sweet potato shochu, which is not widely available in the Kanto area.
