This is a healthy hot pot made with Hokkaido-produced soy milk combined with a secret bonito broth, featuring sweet, juicy yam pork belly and green onions.
Our proud tofu steak grilled on a hot plate with spicy miso. You can choose either hormone or pork belly from the sweet potato pig.

As the name 'sour' suggests, this umeshu uses more than three times the amount of plums typically used in regular umeshu. Moreover, the plums used are the luxurious 'Kishu Nanko Ume.' If shipped as is, it would be too sour, but after a year of aging, it is shipped, resulting in depth and smoothness, making it a very high-quality umeshu.
