A New Star in Counter Sushi with Red Vinegar Rice
Opened in July of this year, 'Sushi no Ryu' is a place where you can enjoy authentic Edomae sushi at a calm counter setting. Using the rare rice 'Ryuu no Hitomi' from Gifu Prefecture, the red vinegar rice is paired with seasonal toppings that are served at a lively pace, ensuring that guests are never bored from appetizers to nigiri. The menu also features playful dishes like clam soup with a hint of sudachi and abalone liver sauce, making for a memorable dining experience that lingers in your memory all the way to the final dessert of pudding.
