올해 7월에 오픈한 '스시노 리유'는 차분한 카운터에서 정통 에도마에 스시를 맛볼 수 있는 곳입니다. 기후현산의 희귀 쌀 '용의 눈'을 사용한 붉은 식초 밥에, 제철 재료에こだわる 신선한 재료가 빠르게 제공되어 지루할 틈이 없습니다. 유자 향이 나는 조개국물이나 전복 간 소스 등 재미있는 요리도 다양하게 준비되어 있어 마지막 푸딩까지 기억에 남는 맛입니다.
