Our main store has been operating a teppanyaki restaurant in Kagurazaka for 20 years, allowing us to provide authentic Wagyu at reasonable prices.
The 'Kombu Dashi' is a refined flavor carefully extracted from Rausu kombu in Hokkaido. For the final touch, please enjoy either Chinese noodles made from Ibonoito or traditional hand-rolled Inaniwa udon. The 'Gyukotsu Dashi' is a luxurious soup made with beef bones, combined with the dashi from shiitake mushrooms, resulting in a light and non-greasy soup. You can enjoy the rich umami of the soup paired with high-quality black wagyu beef.
Fuga's special walnut sauce is blended using only high-quality ingredients through a unique method. The ponzu sauce, which has been made since the establishment in the 12th year of the Taisho era, is made with a focus on the taste and aroma of genuine daidai citrus, using high-quality ponzu from Kishida Shokai, a restaurant supplier. The condiments provided are yuzu pepper, red chili pepper, white sesame, grated garlic, sansho pepper, oni oroshi, and chili oil. Please use them according to your preference or to change the flavor.
